Key Material Components
Polymer Base (TPU): The core material utilizes thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) granules sourced from Genuine Lubrizol (USA)—a recognized global leader in automotive-grade polyurethanes. This guarantees exceptional mechanical strength, high yellowing resistance (anti-yellowing properties), and enhanced long-term durability.
Adhesive Layer: specialized adhesive manufactured by Ashland (USA) is employed. The adhesive ensures a robust bond to the vehicle’s surface, aids in filling minor paint imperfections, and minimizes traces of impact.
Functional Characteristics
Self-Healing (Second Self Repair): The structure of the top layer features thermoplastic memory, allowing it to self-repair (recover) minor scratches and abrasions when exposed to heat.
Hydrophobic Properties: The film surface is treated to achieve low surface energy, resulting in a strong water-repellent effect. This simplifies cleaning, prevents dirt accumulation, and minimizes the formation of water spots.
